  • Boasting over 40 years of experience, Carol has been dedicated to serving in hospitals, long-term care, and physical rehabilitation facilities, often collaborating seamlessly with physical therapists.

What to Expect

After initial contact from the client, Carol will email intake forms to the client for completion prior to initial session.


One of the requirements for this program is a medical release form completed by your Primary Care Physician. Form will be provided by FitnessRhythms.


All sessions are provided in the convenience of your own home.


Initial Evaluation/Senior Fitness Testing is provided during the first visit. Results will be reviewed and goals agreed upon.


A customized, fitness training program will be designed for future sessions and progress monitored and reviewed with the client.


Referrals from rehabilitation therapists, physicians, and other health providers are welcomed!

Currently, Carol teaches many senior fitness classes in Assisted Living Communities as an employee of another agency.
